Deep Groove Ball Bearing with flanged outer ring can simplify the structure of the main engine, and recuce the size of the main engine.

Double row Deep Groove Ball Bearings

4200A and 4300A designs are standard Deep Groove Ball Bearings. A design have no filling slots. Two reinforced nylatron cages are
inserted from two side of the barings separately.  Double row deep groove ball bearings have 1.62times larger radial load carrying capacity in
relation to single row deep groove ball bearings, and the former can also carry axial loads.

Raceway set in the spindle ia called inner ring, and raceway set in the bearings housing is called outer ring. There are raceway groove for the rolling of steel balls in the inner and outer ring.
They are classified innto single thrust ball beairngs and double Thrust ball bearings according to the directions of the axial loads. There
are pressed steel plate cage, brass cage and sof steel turning cage. Dont deflect the cage duirng mounting.

LYC can also provide deep groove ball bearing with snap ring groove on the outer ring. They use the snap ring groove to align. During
mounting, bearings can be fixed in the housing easily, so they are advantageous in the application where the mouting location is limited. According to the mouting location, there are many combined

The double row angular contact ball bearings are roughly the same with the single row anqular contact ball bearing in design, but the former have smaller dimension. Double row angular contact ball bearings have great rigidity, and can carry axial loads in two directions and a
certain amount of load moment. Their effectiveness is similar with the two single row angular contact ball bearings combined back to back.
