The roller of the cylindrical roller bearings are commonly guided by the two ribs on bearing ring. Cage , roller and guiding ring constitute a
set of assembly, they are separated from the other ring. These bearings are separable, easy to mount and dismount. They are advantageous in the application where inner ring ,outer ring, shaft and
housing are requied interference fit. These bearings are usually used for carrying radial loads, and only single row beairngs whose inner ring and outer ring are both with ribs can
accommodate minor normal axial road or maior intermittent axial roads. Compared with Deep Groove Ball Bearings, thse bearings have larger
radial load carrying capacity. But they have high processing requirement on the paired shaft, housing bore and othe elements.

The outer ring raceway is spherical form. The spherical ball bearings are self- aligning, and insensitive to the deflection and misalignment shaft
relative to housing.

Performance

These bearings mainly carry radial loads, and simultaneously carry minor axial loads. The axial displacement of shaft relative to housing is limited in the range of clearance. They are
self-aligning. The minor inclination inner ring relative to outer ring  is acceptable in the normal operation. They are suitable for the application where the seat bore can not be firmly
aligned.

Features

Shperical ball bearings have either tapered or cylindrical bore. The cage is made of either steel sheet or vinylite. They are characterized by
their spherical outer ring raceway and self-aligning performance. They can compensate  for the errors caused by the misalignment and deflection. But the inclination between inner ring and outer
ring should not be more than3 degree.

Structure

The Deep Groove Ball Bearings with seal or shied have been filled with grease. No need to heat or clean before mounting, and no
lubricant needed during application. The suitable work temperature is between 30 and 120 .

Main use

Apply to precision instrument, low noise electric machine, auto, autobike and other common machinery.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings. They are simply in structure and easy to apply. They mainly
accommodate the radial loads. When the radial clearance is increased, they have the same performacne with the angular contact ball bearings in a certain degree and can carry the combined loads. In
the high speed application where Thrust ball bearings are not suitable, they can used for carrying pure axial loads. Compared with other
bearings with same dimension, these bearings have lower friction, higher limited speed but lower impact resistance and they are not suitable for carrying heavy loads.

After mounted, Deep Groove Ball Bearings will restrict the shaft or houing from axial displacement in two directions within the range
of clearance, so they can make axial aligning in two directons, that is to say, these bearing are self-alighing. Even when the amount of inclination shaft relative to shaft is between 2 10, they are
still in normal operation, but that may affect their length of service life.

The cages of the deep groove ball bearing are almost steel sheet stamping ribbon retainer. Heavy bearings usually apply auto metal solid cage.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings can easily achieve the maior manufacturing accuracy in relation to other bearings, so they can manufactured
in large quantities with lower cast. Besides the open basic design, there are many other varieties.

Open Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Open deep groove ball bearings apply to high or even extremely high operation. They are durable and require litte maitenance.  They have low
friction, high limited speed, large dimension range and various conformation. These bearings are used on the prcision instruments, low noise electric machine, auto, autobike and other machinery
industries. They mainly carry radial loads and can carry a certain amount of axial loads.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings with seal

Standard deep groove ball bearings with seal comprise contact seal bearings, RS design(with seal on one side) and 2RS design (with seal on both
sides), and non-contact seal bearings, RZ design(with seal on one side) and 2RZ design (with seal on both sides).

Seal bearings have the same performance, grease and use with the bearings with shield. There are still some differences between the two. The bearings with shield have larger clearance between the
shield and inner ring. Non-contact seal bearings only have minor clearance between seal lip and inner ring, but contact one have no, the later one have great seal effectiveness, but friction increase
somewhat.

In the application where there is requirement on low noise, the Deep Groove Ball Bearings with small dimention in 60 and 62 series are
used. Any bearings (including open basic design, with seal or shield)with low nosise are all available, just bring the requirement on low nosise forward in the order.

In China, JB(Machinery Industry Standard) sets the limit of vibration into V1, V2,V3 level and low, medium, high Frequency Range. SKF also provide ultra-low noise bearings, whose code names are
suffixed by QE5.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings with shield

Standard deep groove ball bearings with shield have Z design and 2Z design. Zdesign have shield on one side, 2Z design have shield on both side.
These bearings are used in the application where it is unconvenient to lubricate separately, install the lubricant passage way or to inspect the operation. These bearings have been filled with
lithium base grease with rust-inhibiting and lubricating double service before leaving factory. The filling capacity of the grease is commonly the 1/4~1/3 of the usable inner space of the bearings,
and the capacity can also be adjusted according to the requirement of buyers. The grease filled in the bearings can guarantee the bearings operate in -40~+120 work condition. If there are still more
requirement on bearings, other grease with different performance or trademark will be used in accordance with specific conditions. The grease are durable, no grease need to add during
application.

These bearings are mainly used in medium-size and minitype generator, both sides of electromotor rotor, auto, tractor, air condition and fan, and also in the application where there are special
requirement on noise vibration.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings with snap ring groove in the outer ring

There is rectangle groove with snap ring in the outer ring. The snap ring will simplify the axial tightening of the bearing in the housing bore, to lessen the axial dimension of the assembly,
eventually fix the bearings in the axial direction.

Double row Deep Groove Ball Bearings

4200A and 4300A designs are standard Deep Groove Ball Bearings. A design have no filling slots. Two reinforced nylatron cages are
inserted from two side of the barings separately.  Double row deep groove ball bearings have 1.62times larger radial load carrying capacity in
relation to single row deep groove ball bearings, and the former can also carry axial loads.

Deep Groove Ball Bearings with shell

The shell have better sealing performance than shield, so the bearings with sell can effectively keep the dust from entering into the bearings. These bearings are commonly used in the application
where there are much dust.
