Spherical roller thrust bearings are single row and self-aligning. They comprise solid shaft washer, housing waher and cage with asymmetric
barrel- shape rollers. The cage retains the rollers with the shaft washer. These bearings are separable. The components can be mounted separately.

Spherical roller bearings are double row, self-retaining units comprising solid outer rings with a concave raceway, solid inner rings and barrel
rollers with cages. The inner rings with cylindrical or tapered bores.

Axial spherical roller bearings are single row, self-aligning roller bearings. They comprise solid shaft and housing washers and asymmetrical
barrel rollers with cages. The cage holds the roller and cage assembly together with the shaft locating washer. The bearings can be dismantled. The parts of the bearings can be fitted separately.

Spherical roller bearings are specially designed for carrying heavy loads. They have Symmetric double row spherical rollers which can be freely
adjusted in the raceway of outer ring , so as to compensate the distortion and misalignment.

Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers with a common concave sphered raceway in the outer ring and two inner ring raceways inclined
at an angle to the bearing axis. The center of curvature of the out ring raceway is identical to the center of shaft. These bearings are self-aligning, and are unacted on the misalignment or
deflection which will cause the concentricity errors. These bearings can accommodate not only radial loads but also axial load in double dirction and the combined loads. They have large load carrying
capacity and also good abilty of anti-vibration and impact resistance. Spherical roller bearings are mainly used in the mechanical equipment of all kinds of industries, such as steel, mine,
papermaking, shipping, textile machinery, coal mill, electricity and so on . So to say, spherical roller bearings are used most widely in the engeering industry.

According to the different cage and with or without ribs, sperical roller bearings can be classified into two types:

-CA design

-C design

There are two ribs in the two ends of the inner ring of CA design sherical roller bearings, but no rib in the middle. The cage of
CA design, which is usually made of copper or carbon copper, is a solid cage with vulsellum structure. The large-scale series and outsize series of CA design are used widely. C design ones
have no ribs.Their rollers are self-initializing, guide ring is in the middle. Their cage are pressed steel cage. These bearings have longer rollers and heavier rated load, higher
limit speed and low rifriction.

Spherical roller ball bearings with tapered bore owns all the features which spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bore have,
but the bore is tapered. Their conventional taper is 1:12. Their model number is the basic model with Ksuffix. But not the same,the taper of the 240 and 241series is 1:30, and their model number is
the basic model with Ksuffix.Bearings with tapered bore can be mouted directly to the bearing journal with nut, or fixed on the cylindrical shaft with adapter sleeve or withdrawal
sleeve.

New anti-vibration spherial ball bearings is specially developed for main engine of vibrating machines by ZWZ, and also
suitable for conventianal machinery equipment. The main performances are as followings: large load carrying capacity, impact resistance, anti-vibration, low friction, low temperature rise and long
service life.

-  special cage structurem, two-direction inside and outside diameter guidance, control and guide the clearance and the oscillating quantity of the inner and outer ring,
to advoid or decrease the vibration.

LYC spherical roller bearings consist of outer ring with shperical raceway, inner ring with double raceways, one or two cage and a
row of shperical rolelrs. The center of the raceway on the outer ring is identical to the shaft center so they are self-aligning, and they can automatically adjust the inclination or reflection
caused by the angular errors between shaft and housing.

LYC spherical roller bearings can accommodate heavier radial loads and radial roads in two directions. They are suitable for
carrying heavy load and impact loads. But they can be only operated in the lower speed operation.

The angular errors allowable in the normal work situation are 1°∼2.5°. The self-aligning performance of the bearings with seal is smaller in a certain degree.
