their spherical outer ring raceway and self-aligning performance. They can compensate  for the errors caused by the misalignment and deflection. But the inclination between inner ring and outer
ring should not be more than3 degree.

Structure

The Deep Groove Ball Bearings with seal or shied have been filled with grease. No need to heat or clean before mounting, and no
lubricant needed during application. The suitable work temperature is between 30 and 120 .

Main use

Apply to precision instrument, low noise electric machine, auto, autobike and other common machinery.

NACHI spherical roller thrust bearings have many gliding surfaces inside(if the rid is lead by the cage, the end face of the roller face to the
ribs), so they are lubricated by oil but not by grease.

The maximal inclination allowed in the general application are 2 degree. These bearings can be in perfect self-aligning performance, if the clearance and the circumference are guaranteed.

Self-aligning ball bearings have a spherical outer ring raceway, the center of whose curvature meets that of the bearing itself, so that the inner
ring, balls and cage continue to rotate, aligning themselves if they have become misaligned within design limits.

This type of bearing is suitable when the displacement of the centers around which the shaft and housing rotate and shaft deflection are likely to occur.

Bearings with a tapered bore can easily be fit to the shaft with an adapter assembly.

The outer ring is made of thin steel plate pressed precisely. These beairngs have small structure space and larger load carrying capacity. They are suitable for the application where the mounting
space is limited and the housing is not suitable for the raceway. Axial alignment is neednt after the bearings are pressed into housing.

Timken Spherical plain bearings(SPBs), also called bushing, are metal-to-metal bearings. They comprise grinding spherical inner ring and
assortative outer ring, but no other roller elements. These bearings are made of quenched steel, They can also be produced according to specifications of the buyers, including the requirement
of meterials, clearance, surface polishing, structure and the special application.
