Needle roller/cylindrical roller thrust bearings combine a radial needle roller bearing and a cylindrical roller thrust bearing based on the 811 series.

Drawn cup needle roller bearings with open ends and with closed end are units comprising thin-walled drawn outer rings and needle roller
and cage assemblies. Drawn cup need roller bearings with open ends are also available in full complement versions. The majority of the bearings are
single row designs.

thin in relation to their diameter. In spite of their low cross section, needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity and are therefore extremely suitable for bearing arrangements where
radial space is limited

inner ring, the shaft should be strong. The displacement of the shaft in relation to the shafe housing is liminted by the width of the raceway on the shaft. If the machining of the racyway comes to a
appropriate size and shape accuracy, the bearing arrangement will be operated in high precision.

uneconomical mill shaft. The displacement of the shaft in relation to the shafe housing in a certain degree is acceptable. If there are still adequate, replace the standard inner ring with a widen

Needle roller and cage assemblies are ready-to-mount, self-contained bearing components. They are an excellent choice for applications that require a very rigid bearing arrangement as well as a
high load carrying capacity. If the shaft and housing bore can serve as raceways, needle roller and cage assemblies require minimal radial space. If the precision of the raceway is increased, the
bearing arrangement will be operated in high-precision.

Drawn cup needle roller bearings, as the name suggests, are needle roller
bearings with a deep drawn, thin-walled outer ring with either an open or closed end. They are characterized by a very low sectional height and high load carrying capacity. Drawn cup needle
roller bearings are typically used in applications where the housing bore cannot be used as a raceway for a needle roller and cage assembly but where a very compact and economical bearing arrangement
is required.

Alignment needle roller bearings have an outer ring with a convex sphered outside surface. Two polymer seat rings with a concave sphered
inside surface that is encased in a drawn sheet steel sleeve are fitted over the outer ring, enabling the bearing to align itself. Alignment needle roller bearings are therefore insensitive to static misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.
