The outer ring raceway is spherical form. The spherical ball bearings are self- aligning, and insensitive to the deflection and misalignment shaft
relative to housing.

Performance

These bearings mainly carry radial loads, and simultaneously carry minor axial loads. The axial displacement of shaft relative to housing is limited in the range of clearance. They are
self-aligning. The minor inclination inner ring relative to outer ring  is acceptable in the normal operation. They are suitable for the application where the seat bore can not be firmly
aligned.

Features

Shperical ball bearings have either tapered or cylindrical bore. The cage is made of either steel sheet or vinylite. They are characterized by
their spherical outer ring raceway and self-aligning performance. They can compensate  for the errors caused by the misalignment and deflection. But the inclination between inner ring and outer
ring should not be more than3 degree.

Structure

The Deep Groove Ball Bearings with seal or shied have been filled with grease. No need to heat or clean before mounting, and no
lubricant needed during application. The suitable work temperature is between 30 and 120 .
